EU citizens
TEMPORARY RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR EU FAMILY MEMBERS (for 3rd country nationals)
For third-country nationals who have an EU citizen or EEA citizen as a family member (spouse, registered partner, boyfriend/girlfriend in a proven long-term relationship (LTR), parent of a child in their care, etc.). The relationship between an applicant and the person whom they seek to be reunited with is divided into two categories: immediate family member and extended family member.
We will be happy to help you through the entire process, accompany you to the Ministry of the Interior to lodge your application, and arrange for a power of attorney to allow us to handle the entire civil procedure for you so that you can spend more time doing the activities you love.
The statutory deadline for processing your application is 60 days. We insist that our clients submit only a complete application with no missing documents in order to help speed up the process.
